Ever since 2023, I have been studying Business IT & Management, dedicating myself to mastering a diverse array of skills that bridge the gap between business and technology. My interests lie at the intersection of these fields, and my goal is to empower businesses by providing effective IT solutions to their challenges.

My skill set is broad and dynamic, covering both business and IT domains. A key aspect of my expertise is problem-solving. I thrive on identifying underlying issues and devising innovative solutions. Equally important is my proficiency in communication. Effective problem-solving requires a deep understanding of the issue at hand, which can only be achieved through clear and direct communication with stakeholders. By engaging with stakeholders, I ensure that the solutions I develop are well-aligned with their needs and expectations.

However, communication goes beyond just understanding problems. There are instances when a proposed solution may not fully satisfy everyone involved. In such cases, my communication skills are crucial in explaining the rationale behind the solution and facilitating a mutual understanding. My approach is guided by the belief that "It's not about being correct, but hearing you're correct from someone else."

In addition to problem-solving and communication, I am continually expanding my expertise in other areas such as management, software development, and ITIL. These additional skills complement my core focus and enable me to offer comprehensive solutions to a wide range of business challenges.

Since elementary school, I have been dedicated to helping others, whether through explanation or execution. My aim is not just to meet requests but to provide solutions that are sustainable and long-lasting.

I derive great satisfaction from making others happy with my efforts; their smile is my smile. This commitment to customer satisfaction drives me to continuously improve and deliver exceptional results.

I have a passion for creating, which I believe is vital to innovation and problem-solving. Creativity is the backbone of everything ever made, and I find joy in creating things that can help or make others happier. My skills in software development are rooted in this creative drive. Over the years, after creating numerous projects for friends and family, I've discovered a preference for digital creations. Digital projects offer more freedom, which translates to more creativity, more personal expression, and ultimately, a bigger smile on someone’s face.

I also enjoy researching various topics. Professionally, this research is job-related, focusing on ways to enhance my work. In my free time, I explore new methods to be creative or improve my talents.

Interests >  Tinkering
Another interest of mine is tinkering with technology. Many people don’t fully utilize all the features their devices offer. I like to explore every setting and even modify the hardware to add features that the original product doesn’t have. This can be professionally useful, such as customizing software to better fit a company’s needs by adding necessary features and removing unnecessary ones. This optimization can improve efficiency by reducing clutter. In my spare time, I tinker with my phone or PC, adding cosmetic changes that enhance my personal experience.

Outside of my tech interests, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. While I don't have a standalone hobby, I engage in activities like playing pool and gaming because they allow me to connect with my loved ones.
